Specialized, gentle massage focused on providing nurturing therapeutic touch to help you reconnect with your body and find comfort during a loss. Helping to shift the body from a stress response to a relaxation response by stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting the release of anti-stress hormones and easing physical tension. Can alleviate symptoms of grief, such as anxiety, body aches, abdominal distress and create a safe, non-judgmental space for emotional release and mental calm.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with me it means that I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be charged in full for your unattended session. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
